Situated near the legendary USAT Liberty Shipwreck, Wreck Slope offers a gentle sandy descent scattered with wreck debris, coral formations, and sponges that shelter a wide range of marine life. This area is excellent for spotting macro favorites like ghost pipefish, nudibranchs, frogfish, and small critters hiding among the remnants of the wreck.
Along the slope, wide-angle opportunities also shine especially when schooling fish and dramatic light rays frame pieces of the Liberty against the black-sand backdrop. With easy access and mild conditions, Wreck Slope is a relaxed and rewarding dive suitable for all levels.
