Liberty Dive Resort sell our Accommodation and Diving products with the following Terms & Conditions:
DEPOSIT
DEPOSIT
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total Accommodation/Diving is required to secure a booking (please see PAYMENTS below)
- If you cancel your booking with us, we will hold your deposit for a future booking.
- Check-in at Liberty Dive Resort is from 14:00 (2pm)
- Check-out at Liberty Dive Resort is before 12:00 (midday)
- After check-in, if your accommodation booking is varied from the original number of nights booked, we will provide a refund for nights not used, up to a maximum of 25% of the total nights booked, eg. if you book an 8 night stay and decide to leave after 6 nights we will offer a full refund for the 2 nights not stayed. If you book an 8 night stay and decide to leave after 3 nights, we will only refund 2 nights of the 5 nights you did not stay (8 x 25% = 2 days).
- After check-in, if your dive booking is varied from the original number of dives booked, we will provide a refund for dives not used, up to a maximum of 25% of the total dives booked. eg. If you book for 6 days diving at 3 dives a day (18 dives in total - booked) and decide not to complete the total of 18 dives, but only do 12 dives and decide you no longer wish to dive then we will offer a refund for the dives not carried out, calculated as 18 x 25% = 4.5, we will refund up to 4.5 dives that you did not do.
- Deposit Payment is to be made by any of the online payment methods shown on our PAYMENTS page (links are provided to these payment services).
- Credit Card payments attract bank charges in Indonesia (normally 3%), these charges are added to your total invoice on check-out.
- Liberty Dive Resort request that you bring your Dive Certification Card with you on your dive trip. We also suggest bringing an up to date log book with you. We can see your most recent dive experience and you can log your dives while relaxing after dives. In the event that you have lost your Dive Certification Card, please contact your dive agency (PADI, SSI, NAUI, etc.) to ask for a replacement. If they are unable to issue a replacement in time, please forward to Liberty Dive Resort a copy of the email confirmation correspondence from your dive agency.
